Edward Morales began his career at DLA Piper LLP (US) where he litigated a diverse array of complex business litigation matters involving joint ventures/partnership disputes, fraud claims, securities fraud and real estate disputes. As an associate at Shumener, Odson & Oh LLP, Edward’s practice focuses on commercial real estate litigation. Edward has represented national banks, private lenders and investment funds in matters involving contract claims, fraudulent transfer claims under California’s Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act, and has advised clients in matters arising from the ownership and acquisition of real property through the foreclosure process. Edward obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he was a member of the Post-Justice Clinic and a member of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal.
Prior to law school, Edward attended California State University of Northridge, where he obtained his degree in Business Administration (Option: Business Law) and was a member of the Business Law Association.
